This message has identical behaviour to SID_CREATEACCOUNT2, it just has fewer return values. To my knowledge, you can't create illegal names with either message.

If it only returns 0 or 1, then the illy checking is probably all in the client, as it displays a special "character not allowed" message. Does this mean that, unlikelily, it's possible to create illies?
